3.1 Goods
Includes all physical AI-enabled appliances such as robotic vacuum cleaners, intelligent air conditioning systems, and automated pet water dispensers.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
4.1 Goods
Customers may request a refund within 30 days of delivery. Devices must be returned in original condition. Upon receipt and inspection, Calyndra will process a refund to the original payment method within 14 days and issue a return label if needed.
4.2 Services
Service appointments may be canceled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. To request a change, contact Customer Support. Cancellations within 48 hours are not refundable due to technician allocation and scheduling arrangements. In such cases, Calyndra offers a credit note valid for future services within six months.
4.3 Informational Products
Due to the digital nature of informational products, all sales are final once the product is delivered or access is granted. No refunds or credits are available after purchase. Please review product descriptions carefully before ordering.
5. Modifications
Calyndra reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
